Professor Martin is a Professor of Law and the Associate Dean for Innovation & Global Development at West Virginia University College of Law. She teaches in the areas of business and securities regulations.
In her role as Associate Dean, Prof. Martin has been spearheading the migration of the College of Law’s two LL.M Programs (in Energy and Sustainability and the first of its kind LL.M in Forensic Justice) to an on-line platform. In that regard, Prof. Martin has drawn upon her experience in distance learning (in which she has been engaged since 2011).
